Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Leader, paid a visit to President Muhammadu Buhari in Aso Rock on Sunday.
The meeting was held in a closed room.
Tinubu stated after the meeting that he came to thank the president for checking on him in London following knee surgery.
I came to thank President Muhammadu Buhari for paying me a visit while I was recovering from knee surgery in London. He exhibited empathy. He’s a fantastic leader,” he remarked.
On Thursday, August 13, Buhari paid a visit to Tinubu in London, United Kingdom. Then, in images released on Facebook by a presidential adviser, Bashir Ahmad Tinubu was seen leaning on a walking stick as he posed for a photo with the President.

Tinubu has been rumoured to nurse presidential ambition in 2023.
