Jayeola Monje, a renowned Nollywood actress, expressed her distress and fear when she found herself stranded in a midnight traffic jam with her children.
Taking to her Instagram page, the actress shared videos of her and her children walking home after being trapped in the traffic for several hours.
Seeking support and prayers for herself and her children, Jayeola described the situation as disheartening. She also appealed to the government to take action and prevent trailers from operating at night.

“Please pray for us… This is pathetic! Can this government do something to these trailers on Apapa, wharf road. I am walking home at night with my children”.
In an update, Jayeola expressed gratitude to God that she got home safely, however, her driver is still stuck in traffic and she prays he gets home safely.
“My car and driver still on the bridge. May God bring him safe. Alhamdulilah modele. Thanks, everyone am home now with the children. God bless you all Eseun gan ni. I pray the Government will look into this Apapa, Wharf Road problems”.
