Veteran Nollywood actress, Ibironke Anthony Ojo, popularly known as Ronke Oshodi Oke, has opened up about her distressing experiences working for the All Progressive Congress (APC).

During an interview with media personality Chude, Ronke Oshodi expressed deep remorse for her association with the APC, which ultimately shattered her hopes of bringing positive change to the country.

She passionately lamented how the governor of Lagos state attempted to conceal the controversial End SARS movement by disseminating three false narratives. This revelation only served to deepen her anguish and frustration.

Ronke Oshodi empathized with the pain endured by those who lost their loved ones during the tragic EndSARS saga. She candidly confessed her regret for ever aligning herself with the political party responsible for such events.

Gossipinfo news reported that a video which made rounds on Instagram captured Ronke Oshodi addressing her skin and weight loss issue, which had fans trolling her.

The veteran actress disclosed that she had been going through a lot but kept mute because she did not want to cause a stir online.

Ronke Oshodi also called out her trolls, claiming she would not be tolerating rubbish from them because they did not know what she went through.

“I am not a fan of filter. To those making comments about my skin and weight loss, do you pray to experience what happened to me?

“You go on your keypads to type rubbish. Is it because I didn’t come out to beg for donation? With what happened to me, if I didn’t have a good skin before, it would have been terrible…” part statement reads.

Her outburst had left many of her fans, colleagues and followers worried and concerned as they questioned the state of her mental health.

In a post on her Instagram page, Ronke Oshodi assured everyone that she is mentally fit.

The veteran Yoruba actress appreciated all her fans and colleagues for the love. She stated that she never knew she was much loved on the internet.
