Being aware of the circumstance, the Makurdi-based team stated that they do not have any plans to pursue Ronaldo, who is 37.

The Nigeria Professional Football League stated in a tweet on their verified profile late Wednesday that “#WeAreLobi is yet to make any contact with agents of #CristianoRonaldo following his release from Manchester United.” We wish him the best, and #LobiStars won’t say anything else about it.
