Chelsea has intensified its pursuit of Victor Osimhen by initiating discussions with his representatives regarding the player’s personal terms. The London club, identified among the top European contenders vying for Osimhen’s signature, has engaged in talks with the striker’s agents, as reported by transfer expert Rudy Galetti.
Osimhen, a key transfer target for Chelsea, holds sentimental ties to the club, having supported them during his upbringing in Lagos. Despite already enjoying a substantial annual salary of approximately Nine Million Euros at Napoli, where he recently extended his contract until June 2026, Osimhen is seeking an enhanced remuneration, a demand Chelsea is reportedly capable of meeting.
Upon reaching an agreement on personal terms with the player, Chelsea is anticipated to enter into negotiations with Napoli. The Serie A champions have set a 130 million Euros release clause in Osimhen’s renewed contract.
