Buhari’s spokesman, Femi Adesina, verified this.
The Minister of Environment, Mohammad Mahmood Abubakar, is scheduled to take over as the new Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Minister of Power will be Abubakar Aliyu, the Minister of State for Works and Housing.
Buhari has a reputation for avoiding dismissing ministers or rearranging his cabinet.
He is the only Nigerian president in four years who has not reshuffled his cabinet since 1999.
