Brighton rejects Chelsea’s new £80m bid for £100m Moises Caicedo’
As per a report, Brighton has turned down Chelsea’s bid of £80 million for midfielder Moises Caicedo.
Earlier this month, Mail Sport stated that Chelsea had already made a £70 million offer for the Ecuador international, which was also rejected by Brighton who were holding out for a higher sum.

However, despite the rejection of the second bid, negotiations between Chelsea and Brighton continue. Nevertheless, as of now, the two clubs have not yet reached an agreement on the transfer.
Gerard Gumbau joins Granada on a free transfer
Granada is preparing for their first season back in LaLiga after securing promotion as champions from the second tier of Spanish football in the 2022-23 season. Their primary objective will be to avoid immediate relegation as they compete in the top-flight.

Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun’s future at the club has become uncertain after being left out of the team’s pre-season friendly win over Barcelona. He had trained separately from his teammates earlier, raising questions about his role in Mikel Arteta’s plans.
Arteta addressed Balogun’s situation, stating that his inclusion in the plans for the upcoming season would depend on his fitness and playing time. However, it seems the club is open to letting him go if the right offer comes in. Arsenal has reportedly put a price tag of £50 million on the 22-year-old, but so far, no interested party has matched that valuation.
Recent reports from Italy suggest that Inter Milan had been considering a season-long loan move for Balogun, with an initial fee of €5 million and a mandatory fee of €35 million as part of the deal. Now, AC Milan has also reignited their interest in the striker and is set to compete with Inter to secure his signature.
In addition to Balogun, Arsenal is also looking to raise funds through the potential sale of left-back Kieran Tierney. The club aims to generate close to £70 million from the combined transfers of both Balogun and Tierney.
