After a 10-year-old girl was murdered and rape in the Ayobo neighborhood of Lagos state, Nigerian comedy actress Damilola Adekoya, often known as Princess, calls out for assistance.
Princess released a video in which she sobbed as she described how the kid, whom she only named Aishat, was murdered after being raped on Sunday while traveling to church.
She stated that the incident occurred on a Sunday and added that the victim’s family had been denied access to the child’s body by the police.

She said:
“If you live around Ayobo, help me go to Ayobo police station. This girl was raped and killed yesterday. Her name is Aisha.
“When you get to Ayobo police station, please DM me your number. The police are not allowing the mother of the child to see the child. The police just said she couldn’t see her; that they’ve taken her to the mortuary.
“She’s almost losing her mind. I’m begging you. It could be anyone’s child. She was going to church yesterday. They raped her, killed her in the afternoon, and threw her into somebody’s compound.”
Gossipinfo news recall that Yomi Fabiyi, a Nigerian actor, said that even after being abused for defending Baba Ijesha’s human rights, he had no obligation to Princess, Iyabo Ojo, or anybody else.
In an interview with the TVC, Yomi Fabiyi explained that people misunderstood what he stood for and that he didn’t support r@pe.
He simply wants Baba Ijesha’s right to speak, not just that of the claimed victim.
