Chelsea visited Bramall Lane on Sunday evening but couldn’t secure all three points. Despite this, Mauricio Pochettino opted to start Madueke for the fifth time this season in the Premier League, and the winger delivered with a stunning goal against Sheffield United.

However, Madueke’s goal wasn’t enough to secure victory for Chelsea, as Sheffield United equalized to make it 2-2 just two minutes into stoppage time through Oliver McBurnie.

Reflecting on the match, Cundy commented, “It’s been slow, it’s labored. I’m looking for someone on that pitch there to take a little bit of responsibility. You can’t just have one individual… you need there to be a collective spark, and that collective spark just hasn’t happened. Noni Madueke’s the only one I can think of that looks like something might happen.”
