Dele Momodu, the media magnate, has stated that Bola Tinubu, the national leader of the All Progressives Congress, had knee surgery and is still healing in the United Kingdom.
Dele Momodu revealed this while revealing that two governors from the south-west, Rotimi Akeredolu and Kayode Fayemi, had paid Tinubu a visit in London.
Governors Rotimi Akeredolu and Kayode Fayemi flew out of Lagos last night to pay a visit to former Lagos State Governor ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU, who is recovering from knee surgery in London, according to Momodu’s Instagram post.

Momodu’s admission, on the other hand, contradicts a remark made by Tinubu’s media adviser Tunde Rahman last month.
Mr Rahman issued a statement when it was reported that Tinubu had undergone surgery, saying, “He is not in any hospital.” He doesn’t have any medical issues that would necessitate hospitalization. Yes, he is currently out of the country. He’ll be back in a few minutes.”
Rahman was also taken aback by Tinubu’s habit of being sick whenever he goes out of the country.
