Cameras saw the legendary goal scorer stumbling down the tunnel after Fred and Bruno Fernandes scored.

The Portuguese international was described as a “shame” by O’Hara, who said, “Ronaldo walks down the tunnel in the 89th minute – it’s a disgrace!” He spoke with talkSPORT.

O’Hara believes that the Red Devils’ performance last night was their best so far this season and questions why Ronaldo acted in such an inappropriate manner.

Ronaldo, who netted 24 goals for Manchester United in all competitions last season, has only scored twice for the Red Devils this year, mostly as a result of his limited playing time.

Ten Hag has demoted him to a bench role, which he has passionately resisted, but the Dutch coach has made it clear that he is putting together a team for the long term.
