Kolawole Ajeyemi, a popular Nollywood actor, is facing backlash from his fans after seeking assistance for ailing veteran actor Dayo Adewunmi. Ajeyemi took to his Instagram page to share a video of the struggling actor, urging his followers to support him.
However, this plea for help has been met with criticism, with many fans accusing Ajeyemi of hypocrisy. They pointed out that he only reached out to Dayo Adewunmi after receiving a significant sum of money, N6 million, from Pastor Gabriel, a well-known clergyman.
It should be noted that Dayo Adewunmi had previously appealed for financial assistance, seeking funds for a house and a car to aid him in his battle against serious health challenges. At present, the veteran actor can hardly stand, let alone walk. Fortunately, Pastor Gabriel, who previously aided Iya Gbonkan, extended a helping hand and provided financial aid.

In the comment section of Ajeyemi’s post, many fans criticized the actor for requesting assistance from his followers when he and his wife are capable of covering Dayo Adewunmi’s medical expenses.
