Chelsea has added a lot of Players in an effort to reinvigorate the team. For £100 million, Chelsea acquired Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk (one hundred million pounds).
Mudryk was up for grabs, but the player ultimately elected to join with Chelsea rather than Arsenal. Here are some reasons why, in my opinion, Mudryk made a mistake by selecting Chelsea over Arsenal:

Right now, Chelsea has a large number of wingers. Mudryk might have to compete with other players for a starting spot at Chelsea and get little action.
Mudryk made a mistake by selecting Chelsea over Arsenal because he would have played more often at Arsenal.
Chelsea supporters will be looking to Mudryk to change the club’s fortunes and return it to the top rank.
2. Arsenal has a better team.
Both Chelsea and Arsenal have excellent teams, but at the moment, Arsenal is superior in terms of talent. A player performs better when he is part of a superior team, hence Mudryk ought to have selected Arsenal over Chelsea.
