Nollywood celebs have consoled Mustapha Sholagbade, who died shortly after his son’s naming ceremony in London due to the death of his loved one.
The actor wrote a touching letter to his deceased companion, Toheebat Oreoluwa Temitope, in which he reflected on their time together.
Mustapha Sholagbade remembered the last time he spoke with the deceased. They spoke a week earlier about the latter’s plans to attend his son’s naming ceremony in London.
The actor emphasised how close he was to his late friend. He admitted that he neglected to pick up her garment in Nigeria, but she vowed to wear a western costume to the wedding.
Mustapha Sholagbade expressed his sadness on Instagram, writing, “This is really sad for me to write.” But there’s one thing I tell myself when someone close to me has died in some way. I told myself that we would all depart one day, but ki Olohun jeki Ojo kojina sira would win.
We talked about you coming to my naming last week, and we talked about how I neglected to pick your own cloth from Nigeria, and you promised to put on an English clothing, so I should trust you Ore.
Since I received this horrible news on a Monday morning, I still can’t believe it. May Allah reward you for your good deeds. Oreoluwa Temitope Toheebat
I believe you’ve retired for the night. May God pardon all of your transgressions and grant you eternal peace in Aljana fidous Amen. Please keep an eye on your daughter Anjola Oluwa at all times. May God bless her and allow her to grow up to be the greatest among her peers.
Mustapha Sholagbade is consoled by Nollywood stars such as Folorunsho Adeola and Sikiratu Sindodo following the death of his good friend.
