It was revealed on Wednesday night that after weeks of back-and-forth on social media about who signed the actor’s account, Mr. Ibu’s wife Stella Maris had ordered their arrests.

The actor’s sons and Jasmine were reportedly arrested and held at the Force Criminal Investigation Department Annex, Alagbon, Lagos, according to Nollywood actress Doris Ogala, who posted the news on Instagram. It was purported that Jasmine transferred N300 million that had been donated to the ailing actor from his account.

At Alagbon Police Station, Jasmine and Ibu’s sons were taken into custody. There, they are being held. Jasmine allegedly took N300 million out of the account, according to Ibu’s wife. It is said that Ibu’s wife requested that they use the funds already donated for Ibu’s medical care to purchase her a new home. She arrested Jasmine for this reason. However, an investigation reveals that the contributions don’t even total N300 million,” the author wrote.

On the other hand, Chochoo confirmed over the phone on Thursday with our correspondent that the three individuals had all been invited by the police due to the actor’s account.

Yes, the police had invited them all. Since the police were invited because of Mr. Ibu’s account, I won’t call it an arrest. Val, on the other hand, is excluded because he is unaware of what has been taking place.

Chochoo stated, “I haven’t been able to get in touch with any of them.”

Stella Maris declined to comment when our correspondent asked her opinion on the allegation.

She hung up the phone, saying, “Please, I do not want to say anything about it.”

As of the time this report was filed, all attempts to get in touch with Jasmine had been unsuccessful.

Okafor recently requested aid from the general public after experiencing a medical crisis.

The actor recently had one of his legs amputated, and it was confirmed that he was healing gradually after undergoing several surgeries.
