Ms Odusanya and Jago are in court for a variety of reasons, including the safety of their daughter, Oluwafifehanmi, whom they welcomed into the world in 2019.

Mr Saheed, through his lawyer, asked the court in February to conduct a DNA test to determine the paternity of the kid, citing suspicions of infidelity.

The actress agreed to the request via her lawyer on the condition that Jago cover the DNA tests and other expenses.

The paternity test will be conducted at an unnamed hospital on Lagos Island, and the findings will be submitted immediately to the court, according to the judge, Ms Tanimola.

Mr Saheed, however, has refused to take the test or appear in court months after the court order, causing the judicial procedure to be delayed.

In her ruling dated December 15, the judge issued a bench warrant against Mr Saheed and declared him wanted.

She thereafter adjourned the matter till February 9, 2022, for the hearing of the application.

Both parties were embroiled in a terrible breakup controversy in December 2020, which was exposed by a popular Instagram gossip site.

The blog claimed, among other claims, that the famous actress “financially wrecked the father of her child by forcing him to sell off his possessions to suit her lavish needs.”

In response to the charges, the actress wrote in an Instagram post that the rumors were false, but that she had chosen to remain calm because the truth will eventually come out.

“While my quiet may be misconstrued as cowardice, I will remain cool since the truth always comes out.” I can defend myself, but I don’t want my kid to grow up reading such annoying and fact-free material. Social media has always been a myopic and deceptive court.

“Remember, you didn’t make me, and you won’t be able to break me.” Bank statements might indicate who received money from whom and for what purposes. Before you publish, do some research. “Seeds seeded will undoubtedly germinate on the platform utilized to peddle such foolishness,” she said.
