A Nigerian lecturer has expressed his extreme dissatisfaction about a video that has been making the rounds on the internet showing an Islamic cleric performing a miracle during the Asalatu prayer service.

The Islamic cleric, known as Sheik Biliaminu Ola Adua, was seen in the viral video healing a woman with physical disabilities, departing from the correct Muslim prayer ritual.

In the video, Sheik Biliaminu Ola Adua, an Islamic cleric, is seen healing the crippled woman while the assembled crowd stands and sings in a churchlike manner.

The Islamic cleric raised the physically challenged lady from the white chair and walked her around the environment as part of the miracle process.

During this process, the members that include grown-up males and female Muslims were seen chanting “Yarobi Isa” meaning “The God of prophet Isa/Jesus Christ.”

They later accompanied it with church songs with drums banging back-to-back stimulating an entertainment environment.

This continued for a while until the lady was unbale to walk again and the Islam cleric placed his hands on her head and continued with the miracle.

Reacting to the video, a user of the X platform formerly called Twitter identified as Sanusi Lafiagi found the distasteful while adding that it is an embarrassment to the Islamic religion.

He wrote; “What are these people turning Islam into.”
