Oladapo Olaitan Olaonipekun, also known as Dagrin, a late Nigerian rapper, was meant to have been born today, October 25, 2022.

Numerous admirers and coworkers of the late rapper paid tribute to him on social media, and some even shared photos of him as a memento.

If you recall, Dagrin, who was 25 years old, lost his life in an automobile accident on April 22, 2010.

He wrote popular songs including “Ghetto dreams,” “Kondo,” “Thank God,” and many others before his sad demise.

Fans still adore him and frequently refer to him as an icon despite the fact that he went away many years ago.

Dagrin was a pioneer of indigenous Yoruba rap in the Nigerian music scene. He was the best rap album winner of the 2010 Hip Hop World Award.

The Ogun state-born rapper would have clocked the age of 38 today if he were alive.
