Yomi Fabiyi, a prominent Nigerian actor and filmmaker, has once again ignited controversy by reiterating his demand for the arrest of Comedian Princess and others involved in the Baba Ijesha sexual assault case.
The case, which has garnered significant media attention, revolves around the alleged assault of a minor by Baba Ijesha.
Yomi Fabiyi, known for his outspoken views on the matter, took to social media to express his dissatisfaction with the way the case has been handled.

Through a series of posts, he called for the apprehension and prosecution of Comedian Princess, as well as other individuals whom he believes participated in what he describes as “vigilante justice.”
In petition the Lagos State Governor to look into the matter.
He wrote, “RE: BABA IJESHA:
I am again renewing my call for the arrest and prosecution of DAMOLA ADEKOLA, PRINCESS HOUSE SECURITY(a.k.a OKELE) & DAMILOLA ADEKOYA a.k.a Princess Comedian for the following reasons and revelations:
1. Princess confirmed she was aware a year(2020) before setting Baba Ijesha up that the duo of DAMOLA ADEKOLA and her house security were molesting the victim sexually but did nothing and never inform the police. This contravenes the law of Lagos State.
2. Princess confirmed also police investigation and judge also corroborated that she “LURED” the defendant Baba Ijesha. The police deny any knowledge or involvement. That is an AMBUSH/ORGANISED CRIME.
3. If truly the girl was fourteen years at the time of baiting, the girl confirmed she was forced to retain her seat beside Baba Ijesha. This is gross Human Rights and Child Abuse. She coerced a minor into submitting herself for sexual abuse/ponography because she relied on her for food, shelter and guide.
4. Princess claim that she intentionally lured Baba Ijesha down to where the minor is, secretly set a camera for same purpose is CHILD PONOGRAPHY. Lagos State must never allow for such capital offence.
6. The victim accused Damola Adekola and Security of defilement. Damola Adekola was apprehended, he confessed to having sex with the minor, he was arrested BUT suddenly ask to WALK FREE. In same investigation, same victim? A known paedophile is given a green light in Lagos by who?
7. Police said they could not obtain the raw file of the said cctv because there was no network. Meaning there is an obstruction of police investigation.
8. None including the Judge, Prosecutors, Lawyers know the REAL AGE of the girl. No birth certificate, no parent to testify and no medical test. The girl wrote different ages.
9. Princess lied she lured with script conference meanwhile evidence admitted showed it was a MOVIE ROLE.
10. There were signs of TORTURE(Trial by Ordeal), reasons the full cctv not provided.
