Nigerian actor Yomi Fabiyi expressed his happiness on social media, after the Lagos State Government acknowledged his letter regarding the actress and comedian Damilola Adekoya, better known by her stage as Princess, and the actor Baba Ijesha,

Recalls that Yomi Fabiyi, through his human rights organisation, Break The Silence Foundation, submitted a petition requesting for Princess and her “cohorts” to be detained and charged.

A few days after his colleague Baba Ijesha, who is currently serving time in prison for the rape of a minor, was set up and arrested, a test was conducted on the girl (victim), and the substance found in her private was unquestionably not for Baba Ijesha, Fabiyi wrote in an open letter to the governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Fabiyi, who said that previous correspondence with the governor were not replied noted that Princess, the victim’s foster mother is accessory after the fact as she also has many cases to answer in this matter if the honest justice and procedure are allowed.

In a pre update, Yomi share a photo of the letter in sent to the Lagos government, with stamp showing the letter has been received.

Sharing the letter, he wrote” Isu atenu m’oro kin jona…..”
