Hilda Dokubo is a Nigerian award-winning actress, activist, and youth advocate who once worked as Peter Odili’s special adviser on youth matters.

 

She was born in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on October 22, 1969.

 

Hilda Dokubo was born the first of six children in Buguma, a town in Asari-Toru, Rivers State, where she attended St Mary State School Aggrey Road and Government Girls High School, respectively, for her primary and secondary school education.

 

Her father worked as an engineer and her mother as a teacher. She graduated from the University of Port Harcourt with a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts and a master’s degree in the same field.

 

Dokubo made her screen debut in the 1992 film Evil Passion, which she did during her youth service. She has since appeared in and produced a number of Nigerian films. Gone Forever, End of the Wicked, My Goodwill, and The CEO are among the [5] films.
