Despite falling behind with Joellinton’s goal in the 60th minute, Stefano Pioli’s side managed to level the score through Christian Public. Chukwueze then clinched the victory with a goal six minutes from the final whistle, elegantly curling the ball into the net after receiving a pass from Noah Okafor.

Ferdinand, providing punditry for TNT Sports, remarked, “Great burst of pace through the middle there, and this is all about timing your runs, patience. The weight of that ball tells the wideman what he needs to do.”

He continued, “The patience of the player on the ball here before it is released, and then the pace of the ball, rolls it slowly, tells him exactly what to do. It’s a great strike.”
