Five teams have already advanced to the round of 16 following the conclusion of match day four of the group stage series yesterday, regardless of the outcomes of their last two games.

The following teams were released by UEFA in a post on their verified Twitter account:

Bayern Munich (Group C leader with 12 points)

Club Brugge (Group B leader with 10 points)

Manchester City (Group G leader with 10 points)

Napoli (Group A leader with 12 points)

Real Madrid (Group F leader with 10 points).

In the final two games of the group stage series, the remaining 11 teams that make up the 16 teams for the next round will be revealed.
