Lukaku was forced off in the 20th minute of the first half with a potential ankle injury after colliding with a defender inside the area; Werner would follow him a few minutes later after suffering a suspected hamstring injury.

Tuchel will be hoping that one of both strikers are fit for their Premier League match against Norwich City this weekend.

Chelsea is presently leading the EPL table, and they, along with Man City and Liverpool, are among the leading contenders for the title this season.
