Wesley Fofana’s next month’s uniform will either belong to Chelsea or Leicester City.
According to reports, Leicester City turned down Chelsea’s third offer for center-back Wesley Fofana.
City has already rejected two offers this summer for the 21-year-old center-back, and the most recent one is reportedly worth almost £70 million with add-ons. This amount again falls short of the club’s estimated value of the player, which is thought to be higher than the £80 million transfer fee paid to Manchester United in 2019 for Harry Maguire, an English international.

This comes in the wake of rumours that Thomas Tuchel’s team had “enquired” about the now-unpopular Red Devils skipper as a replacement for Fofana, with Brighton & Hove Albion defender Adam Webster reportedly another candidate. Additionally, several supporters have suggested that Maguire would return to the King Power Stadium this summer.
