Ngumoha, who played for Chelsea’s Under-21 team at just 15, has signed a scholar’s contract with Liverpool and will start in their Under-18 squad. The Premier League has approved the final stages of the deal, though a tribunal might still be needed to finalize the compensation between the two clubs, according to The Athletic.
