It has been disclosed that Toni Kroos is poised to extend his contract with Real Madrid, committing to the Spanish giants until 2025.
The future of the German midfielder has garnered significant attention in recent weeks, especially with his current deal with Los Blancos set to expire at the end of the 2023/24 season. Following his impressive return to the German national men’s team during the March international friendlies, Kroos is expected to continue his journey with Madrid by signing a new extension, as reported by Fabrizio Romano.
Since joining Madrid in 2014, Kroos has accumulated over 450 appearances for the club across all competitions, securing four Champions League titles and three La Liga championships, alongside numerous other accolades.

Despite the emergence of a new generation of midfielders under Carlo Ancelotti at the Bernabeu, including Jude Bellingham, Aurelien Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga, and Federico Valverde, Kroos has remained a prominent figure, starting in 20 La Liga games this season.
While his long-time midfield partner Luka Modric has seen reduced playing time, Kroos continues to be a key contributor, amassing 1799 minutes in La Liga compared to Modric’s 1161 minutes. Only Valverde, Antonio Rudiger, and Rodrygo have logged more minutes on the field.
Recently reversing his international retirement, the 34-year-old delivered exceptional performances as Germany triumphed over France and the Netherlands in friendly matches leading up to Euro 2024.
