Despite the substantial investment in new talent, Chelsea’s on-field performance has been lackluster. Previous seasons witnessed managerial changes, with Thomas Tuchel, Graham Potter, and Frank Lampard attempting to guide the club to success, but they all faced challenges.

Even the recent appointment of Mauricio Pochettino has not produced the desired results, as Chelsea currently sits in the 10th position in the Premier League, with only 25 points from their first 19 matches.

The team is now 12 points behind the top four and trails league leaders Liverpool by 17 points.
