Nevertheless, Ribadu said that the Federal Government will exert every effort to guarantee a strong and functional defense management and apparatus in the nation, even in light of the financial constraints that had an impact on budgetary allocations.
“I assure you, even in the face of severe budgetary constraints, the Federal Government will not rest on its laurels in ensuring a robust and viable defense management and security apparatus to address contemporary challenges,” he declared.
