Regina Chukwu, a well-known Yoruba film actress, responded in her most recent Instagram post to a fan who had called her a “Olosho,” which is simply slang for a prostitute in English. She replied to the fan on her Instagram page in an uncomplicated way, letting her know that her mother is their president.
The supporter visited her page to respond to a post she had published in which she exhorted Nigerians to accept the results of the presidential elections while also admonishing them not to risk their lives while attempting to protest the results. She called her a prostitute in the post, which did not go over well.
In the statement made by the fan on her page, she said, “This prostitute, don’t you get tired?” The actress, in her own response, said, “Your mother is our president.”
