Tinubu named Ibrahim Umar as Executive Director, Engineering & Technical Services; Olalekan Badmus as Executive Director, Marine & Operations; and Vivian Edet as Executive Director, Finance & Administration at the NPA.

Fatai Adeyemi was named Executive Director of Operations at NIMASA, Chudi Offodile as Executive Director of Finance and Administration, and Jibril Abba as Executive Director of Maritime Labour & Cabotage Services.

“The new appointees will expeditiously and efficiently execute on their collective mandate to create the conditions required to significantly raise the contribution of the Marine & Blue Economy sector to the nation’s GDP,” Ngelale claims the President firmly believed when he approved the appointments.

Under the direction of Minister of Marine & Blue Economy Adegboyega Oyetola, Tinubu also anticipated that the new appointees would turn “the Nigerian economy into a labor-intensive and inclusive one that creates new opportunity for all Nigerians in accordance with the Renewed Hope Agenda.”
