Moses Simon has been named Nantes’ Player of the Month for December, marking his second such honor this season. The 29-year-old Nigerian international received 44% of the votes, beating out teammates Douglas Augusto, Nicolas Cozza, and Matthis Abline for the accolade.
Simonโs standout performances in December included scoring the winning goal in Nantes’ 1-0 victory over Stade Rennes and providing an assist in their 4-1 defeat to Brest.
This is Simon’s second Player of the Month award in 2024, having previously won the honor in September. He will be presented with his award before Nantes’ home match against AS Monaco at La Beaujoire on Friday, January 10th.
