INEC declared the Anambra Governorship election inconclusive, prompting Nigerian singer Davido Adeleke, also known as Davido, to react.
Professor Florence Obi, the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) Returning Officer, ruled the Anambra Governorship Election inconclusive at INEC’s headquarters in Awka, Anambra’s capital, in the early hours of Monday.
She explained that the election could not be completed on the first ballot because no one voted in the state’s Ihiala Local Government Area.

Obi said a supplementary poll would be held in Ihiala on Tuesday, citing the Electoral Act to justify her move.
Reacting to this, Davido, in a post shared on his Instagram story, expressed displeasure over the development, describing the All Progressive Congress and INEC as useless people.
He wrote: SMH useless pple.
