It was sweet to watch musician Falz talk about his relationship with Simi in a recent interview.

Falz claimed to have met Simi in 2014 after getting in touch with her and telling her he had a verse ready for the remix of her popular song Jamb Question.
After Jamb Question, Falz said that their friendship continued, and they worked on several songs together.
He went on to explain the nature of their friendship, stating that Simi was like family to him.
Falz also touched on his activism, sharing that he had taken a step back to have some time for himself, and that he hasn’t stopped activism.
Around 2014, Falz and Simi were heavily shipped by fans, so much that Adekunle Gold was seen as a third party by diehard fans.
Both of them have worked on several songs together, and their seamless flow when singing together made their collaborations epic.
They even worked on an extended play album together, which they titled ‘Chemistry’, and the cover of the album set even more tongues wagging.
The album cover featured Falz and Simi standing and facing each other, while touching foreheads together. This cover gave the illusion that they weren’t wearing any clothes, which added to the album hype.
Chemistry was a huge success because of Falz and Simi’s artistic brilliance, and also the fact that people thought they were daring.
Apart from Chemistry, another song that Simi and Falz worked on which was successful was Mr Soldier. This song was the rave for months, as it was entirely different from what people were used to.
Also, the fact that the alleged lovers worked on it before made it more better, and highly anticipated.
