Ini Edo’s fans have congratulated her on giving birth to a child through surrogacy.
In an interview with Stella Dimoko Korkus, the celebrity actress announced that she is expecting a child and that the eggs are hers.
Ini was evasive when asked about the sperm donor’s identity.

“I chose a donor for the sake of my peace of mind and that of my baby,” she explained. Another reason I chose a donor is that it terrifies me so much when I see public forums full of banter and disagreements between a mother and a father over a baby, or when I see the male demanding on his child if things don’t work out between both parties. It’s the fear of what that would mean for the child that drives me. Marriage comes first, followed by children in a perfect world, but we don’t live in one.
I am not someone who allows any situation to control me. I make lemonades out of lemons thrown my way and have no regrets. Life itself is so fragile and short to be striving for perfection. I am well and capable of taking care of my own child as I’ve been taking care of myself .I wanted a child and thank God for the options of surrogacy and donor”.
