Reactions have been generated online by a vintage photo of Nigerian singer Davido drinking Garri, a locally produced delicacy derived from cassava.
After the “Unavailable” hitmaker disclosed that he met his wife Chioma Rowland while he was broke, the old picture reappeared, sparking fury on social media.
Davido recently said on the French program “The Bridge” that Chioma has supported him through his difficult times.

Netizens struggled to believe Davido, especially given the fact that he is the son of billionaire businessman, Mr. Adeleke.
However, some internet users dig up photo of the 31-year-old CEO of DMW record label and it showed him taking scoop of Garri.
In the photo showing his humble journey, Davido was seen with a plate of soaked Garri with groundnut and table water.
He was also spotted with a multimillion Naira Rolex wrist watch while drinking his Garri.
