Nollywood veteran actress Ronke Oshodi Oke, whose real name is Ojo Anthony, recently opened up about the reasons behind spending almost a decade with her partner, sharing her thoughts during an interview.

Revealing the origin of her name “Ronke Oshodi Oke,” the actress shared that the name came about while she was casually engaging at the national theatre. She recounted how her friend introduced her to Korede Films, leading to her becoming a supporting actress in one of his movies that was filmed in Oshodi Oke.

Discussing her husband, Ronke Oshodi Oke disclosed that their courtship spanned nearly a decade before they eventually tied the knot, attributing the delay to his stubborn nature. The beautician shared that they faced ongoing challenges, leading her to doubt the viability of the marriage at certain times.
Ultimately, Ronke Oshodi Oke unveiled that her husband had proposed on three separate occasions before she finally accepted his proposal after the third attempt.
