The tale is more important to me than anything else in the world. If the story does not make sense, I would refuse N10m. This is something I’ve already stated. There were instances when I was disappointed by the storyline. I enjoyed the tale when I first read it, but once I arrived on set, they chose to cut costs. The film was released, and the editor failed miserably. It didn’t appear to be very appealing. I’ve really turned down screenplays and told the producer that the story didn’t work for me.”
