The Evening Standard reports that Sterling has no intention of leaving the club this summer, despite interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia. With his high wages of £300,000 per week and Chelsea’s likely asking price, it’s unlikely that Sterling will receive offers from other English clubs. Additionally, he has two years remaining on his contract and is content with life in west London.

Since joining Chelsea, Sterling has made 74 appearances, contributing 17 goals and 14 assists. This season, he has scored eight goals and provided 10 assists in 36 matches. Despite his strong performances, he has been overlooked for a recall to the England squad by manager Gareth Southgate, with his last international appearance dating back to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
