Recent reports from Spain had suggested that Milan might entertain offers for the 24-year-old in the upcoming summer transfer window, with Chelsea reportedly considering a renewed pursuit of Leao. However, Leao has swiftly put an end to any uncertainties about his future, asserting, “My future is at Milan. I’m here, and I still have a four-year contract. Milan helped me when I was in a very difficult situation; they stayed close to me. I don’t forget. I’m loyal. I arrived as a boy, and here I grew up as a man and as a footballer. I want to win again; my head is here.”

While expressing his aspiration to compete for Champions League glory, Leao emphasized that his primary focus is on elevating Milan to the summit of European football, stating, “To grow, I have to win important things, like the Champions League or the Europa League. When you’re at Milan, you have to do it. It’s not a choice; it’s a duty – to leave your name in history.”

Leao is currently under contract with Milan until 2028, and his deal reportedly includes a substantial release clause of €175 million (£150 million).
