Christophe Galtier, the manager of Paris Saint-Germain, has denied rumors that Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe are at odds after the 2022 World Cup.
Earlier this month, Messi led Argentina to World Cup victory in Qatar, defeating Mbappe’s France on penalties.
With Messi taking home the Golden Ball and Mbappe collecting the Golden Boot after his hat-trick in the championship match put him eight goals ahead of his club partner, PSG’s forwards were without a doubt the two finest players at the competition.

The 24-year-old Frenchman was naturally upset after the game and has received a lot of abuse from Argentina supporters, who were inspired by their goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez, whose antics have been widely denounced.
The fact that Messi and Mbappe were seen celebrating in each other’s faces as they scored in the championship has further raised rumors that the two do not get along.
Galtier, though, says that this is not the case at all and that his star players get along just fine.
