Before the first-ever Marvel Studios premiere on November 6th, several Black Panther: Wakanda Forever cast and crew members are reportedly in Lagos, Nigeria.

Celebrities from Nigeria didn’t just show out to have fun on the red carpet; instead, they harnessed their inner “Wakanda” spirit.
The fashion statements made by Priscilla Ojo, Enioluwa, Adunni Ade, Sharon Ooja, Elozonam, Prince Enwerem, and Allysyn were successful.
Idia Aisien, Omowunmi Dada, Sheggz from BBNaija, Bella, Hermes, Modella, and others were also seen at the premiere.
Wakanda Forever
A follow-up to the 2018 box office sensation “Black Panther 2,” “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” is an American action superhero movie based on the Marvel Comics character.
The movie, which was written by Ryan Coogler and Joe Robert Cole and directed by Ryan Coogler, is a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The tale of T’Challa, the king of Wakanda, is still being told.
Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Letitia Wright, and Winston Duke are the film’s leading ladies. Angela Bassett, Dominique Thorne, Isaach de Bankole, Dorothy Steel, and Michaela Coel are also listed among the cast members.
“Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” will have its official African premiere on November 11th, 2022, thanks to FilmOne Entertainment, Marvel Studios, and Disney.
Tems on Wakanda Forever song
Nigerian songstress, Tems has expressed her heartfelt appreciation to Barbadian singer, Rihanna, for their collaboration on her new single which she co-wrote.
Rihanna, 34, released her fist new solo song, ‘Lift Me Up’ for the movie, ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ for the first time since her 2016 album, Anti. The ballad is cowritten by Tems, Rihanna, Ludwig Göransson, and the film’s director, Ryan Coogler. It is a tribute to the life and legacy of late Black Panther star, Chadwick Boseman, who died in 2020 after a private battle with colon cancer which he was diagoned of in 2016.
On Tuesday, 25th October, Marvel Studios shared a short clip on social media, confirming that the Rihana will be on the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack.
Taking to her instagram page, Tems. 27, noted that she is blessed to have co-written the song in honour of Chadwick Boseman and even more blessed to hear the baddest Rihanna it to perfection.
