Speaking on The Kelly and Wrighty Show, Owen remarked, “My heart naturally leans towards Liverpool, and I do believe they have the most favorable fixtures remaining. However, Manchester City, in my opinion, are currently the strongest team in the world and have demonstrated that. My rational judgment favors Manchester City.”
