Potter will begin to face mistrust from Chelsea’s players and management according to Chelsea Former Coach Tuchel.
Graham Potter, the new Chelsea manager, has received a warning from Thomas Tuchel about his position.
Only a few months into the job, Potter has already drawn more attention and criticism after losing to Arsenal in the league and then being eliminated by Manchester City in the Carabao Cup.

Tuchel believes that Potter won’t be as supportive of his techniques if his frustration with Chelsea lasts longer than a “brief period.”
According to Tuchel’s experience at Chelsea, Paris, Dortmund, and Mainz, it all comes down to results.
“You can bounce back from one setback in a short while, but it can’t last too long or people will lose faith in the process.”
The German, who is currently jobless after being fired by new co-owner Todd Boehly earlier this season, was candid about how he handled the egos in the Chelsea locker room and why he felt it was important to set the bar high every day.
He said, “To worship the process on a daily basis is the most crucial.
“I try to be fairly stern and disciplined with the players, be ready, give your best effort, be friendly and on time.”
