The Lagos State Police Command has said that it is investigating the possible kidnapping of an adult female who has not yet been named on Monday, January 1, in the state’s Victoria Island region.
Benjamin Hundeyin, the public relations officer for the state police, informed PUNCH Metro of this on Tuesday.
The woman was reportedly having trouble getting out of a black Pathfinder on Ahmadu Bello Way, according to a video that X (previously Twitter) user Bishop Khale posted on the site that same day.

“There is no indication that there was an abduction but we are looking into the incident,” responded Hundeyin in response. Additionally, no one had reported any kidnapping cases.
Khale claimed in the post to have taken a picture of the driver’s face and the car’s license plate.
