Babatunde Omidina, simply known as Baba Suwe, died on Monday, November 22, 2021, and some top Yoruba celebrities descended on the Ikorodu area of Lagos state to bury their colleague and late veteran Nollywood comedic star, Babatunde Omidina.
The bones of Baba Suwe were reportedly interred on Thursday in Lagos state. The funeral took place at his home about 11:05 a.m., with several notable members of the Nollywood business in attendance.
As the late actor’s remains was laid to rest, tears streamed down the faces of those who had come to pay their respects.

Baba Suwe was reported to have been battling disease for a long period before his death, yet the cause of his death was not revealed.
