Manchester City have confirmed that manager Pep Guardiola has signed a new contract at the Etihad Stadium.

Guardiola’s new contract will extend his tenure at City to over a decade. He will now work alongside incoming sporting director Hugo Viana, who will officially take up his role at the end of the season but is expected to collaborate with Begiristain during the final months of this campaign to ensure a smooth transition.
Under Guardiola, City have won six Premier League titles and secured their first-ever Champions League trophy in 2023, along with multiple FA Cup, Carabao Cup, and Community Shield victories.
