Guardiola claims there are no intentions to add to the team in January, despite City’s revenues and an unpredictable year due to the World Cup.

When asked about City’s financial performance, Guardiola said: “I’m not involved in that, Ferran Soriano is the manager of that,” declining to speak further.

And when asked if the outcomes increase the likelihood of adding someone in January, Guardiola responded: “In January, we won’t be signing anyone. In January, we won’t be signing anybody. The team will remain the same because we are happy with it.”

Guardiola was also questioned about the recent report that Liverpool’s owners are considering selling the team, but he was adamant that he would not comment on a competitor organization.

“I shouldn’t be asking this question in the first place. not the one to respond to, “said he. “I try to be a good manager; I’m not involved and I’m not the CEO. Just that. I won’t discuss about other clubs, of course.”
