“We have procured advanced communication gadgets to reduce errors, which will be in use from the upcoming season,” Gusau confirmed in a statement featured on the league’s official website.
Furthermore, Gusau emphasized the NFF’s commitment to excellence by announcing a partnership with international entities to provide specialized training for referees in mastering the intricacies of the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system.
“Our objective is to equip our referees with the requisite skills and understanding to effectively utilize VAR technology, ensuring matches are officiated with the utmost precision and fairness,” elaborated President Gusau.
