After Mohbad’s passing, well-known Nigerian musician Naira Marley was first seen with his signee Zinolessky and his accomplice Sam Larry.
Following the fulfillment of their bail requirements, the controversial musician Azeez Fashola, better known by his stage name Naira Marley, and his friend Balogun Samson, better known by his stage name Sammy Larry, were released by the Lagos State Police Command on Friday, November 17, 2023.
The court granted both of them bail on Monday, November 6, with a N20 million bond and three dependable sureties.
Their arrest was part of an investigation into the death of singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, following the circulation of online videos depicting assault against the late artist.
Mohbad passed away in circumstances surrounded by controversy on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
